All concurrent viewers of a page are alerted in near real-time by NDN Announcement messages which simply insert the proper flag into the "Twins" bar, as well as the meta information necessary to make the proper NDN request for that page.

The Ultimate end goal would be Federated Wiki as a packaged App, making use of Telehash to negotiate peer connections and NDN BrowserKit (with a javascript routing daemon) to grant global data retrieval through connected peers.
